Angel's Poetry

Looking Back Now
Looking back now
I wish i would
have said something
maybe you wouldn't
Have walked away
You wouldn't
have got in your
Car and sped away.
You wouldn't have
Been speeding and
You wouldnt have been
In the accient.
You would still be here by my
Side. If only
Id said "I love you
But i said nothing
I just let you die
I didn't even say
I love you or goodbye
This poem i actually entered in a compettion
Looking back now

The Mask of Humanity
You may think you know us
but really you don’t see what we really are.
we hide behind a mask, the mask of humanity.
No one believes we are real.
We are everywhere your brother,
Sister or your best friend could be one of us.
We hide until the day this world will accept us
For who and what we really are.
We are not all like the stories and myths that
You humans have made up.
We are just like you. we have friends, family
And loved ones. so, when humans wake up
And realize we are realm we will
Continue to wear this mask, the mask of humanity

Breaking Point
She ran out into
The damp moon lit forest
Tears rolling down
Her face.....She
Had finally done the unthinkable...
She couldnt take one
More punch.......
She was tired of the
Abuse.......
She had pulled the

The Darkness
Lost in the darkness
There seems no
Way out.
Feeling hopless
Because the
Darkness seems
Endless.
When you think
You see light
And you run to it,
Only to realize
It was just was an
Ilussion.......
The darkness
Has taken over
Your now trapped
In the eternal dream of
Darknrss. the
darkness has
taken over everything
Lost in the darkness
There seems no

Hiding the Pain
She smiles so everyone
Will think shes alright
She's crying on the
Inside but she hides
Her pain......
She laughs even
Though shes dying inside....
She wants so badly to scream
But she talks quietly
To her friends.....
They dont see how
Bad she really is hurt......
she smiles, talks and
laughs like theres
nothing wrong but
she is slowly dying
on the inside

Gone but definitely not forgotten
You maybe gone
But your surly not forgotten
You still live on in our hearts.
I’ll cry over your death but
I’ll always remember
All the good times
We had together….
I will always remember the
Warmth of your smile.
This isn't goodbye for good
But ill see you again someday.
I love you mommy and I
Cant wait to see you again.
So until that day mommy
I’ll cherish all the great memories
I’ll keep you in my heart and in
My thoughts.

Why are all your poems so sad? It reminds me of a Drowzee eating dreams in place of nightmares, or some wacko depressed Darkrai. Lol

Lol okay then. The way I write is, well, not sad. Lol. Sometimes heartfelt depending what/who I'm writing about, sometimes funny, or sometimes an epic rap song. *

i personally found all of these to be linkin park lyrics without prose, a meter, or premise, but they might have some meaning somewhere in the pretentiousness i read on the surface.

eh ik i just right down what i think sometimes ive only written a few good ones in my own opinion but only one of them are on here and i gotta add more so we'll see how they are
