Lets see here, since all of these sets are from smogon, I have nothing to change on those. However, let's focus on the all-around quality of your team.

If you're gonna get a Manaphy, you NEED Kyogre. It is almost mandatory to bring out the best of its abilities. I'd replace Rayquaza or Dialga with Kyogre, and another thing, don't give Rayquaza Lum Berry if its not running Outrage, its just kinda a waste since status isn't gonna be thrown around as much as it usually is in OU/UU, though with the addition of Thundurus into Ubers T-Wave is much more dagerous than before. Anyway, I'd replace Lum Berry with Life Orb if you decide to keep it (But its the best exchange for Kyogre in my opinion). Now, on to Kyogre !

Really? On Smogon itself its Spe because some people use SpD or SDef for Special Defense and that makes it confusing. They should really figure that out. Lol

kyogre is the only uber worth using ever.

Ahh okay beast, and its Ubers Seth they can't have something banned from anything.

So Court, you used to be able to use a SB Blaziken on standard PO matches (Probably put the coding in by now though), but you can't use a simple Non-Swift Swim Drizzle team to the point it wont start the battle and you may not be able to enter that server at all anymore? That makes absolutely no sense, Ubers has always been the one tier where anything banned can be used.

But if for some insane reason that happpens, just use an RD Thundurus or a Drizzle Politoed. At least Thundurus is Uber.

Smogon does allow swift swim+drizzle. You seem to not have any walls are your team which could be troublesome if a sweeper can set up on you and you really have nothing that can live a +1 rayquaza so a wall with a steel typing such as ferro would fit in nicely espacially if kyogre was put in here

Thank you for finalizing the Drizzle Debate Erick, and Ferro or Giratina would be good walls since most Rayquaza carry Overheat too.
Forgot to say something about Hardy, but yeah Calm'd be good, that or Bold if you want max Defense.

Nothing is banned in ubers, (aside from battle clauses of course) and besides, swift swim abusers are the least of your problem in ubers.
